Cameron
Chun’s focus as an artist revolves around painting and drawing
the human figure and painting landscapes, which has become an important
interest and pursuit over the last several years. He is intrigued
by how color and light fall on a form and is continuously challenged
by its fleeting nature when painting from life. He finds it a worthy
pursuit.
Cameron is currently a part-time lecturer in the Animation/Illustration
department of San Jose State University. Prior to teaching, he was
a digital artist in the video game industry, contributing to notable
game titles for consoles and PC. He attained a BFA from Art Center
College of Design and an MFA from New York Academy of Art.
Commissions and freelance illustrations are available upon request.
